I tried to login there, for which I don't have a username. It then shows an error, without any link to recover.
There is a recover password link next to the login field, but that one takes you to this sites faq (http://newsboard.unclassified.de/docs/usage/register#forgo…). Maybe that's why users come here?

It is in your settings, Settings > Bookmarks
But as far as I know there is no direct link to it.

this is a support forum for forum software, this forum software exactly. it has nothing to do with recording cd's.

It's not realy up to UNB. You should ask the question to the IE developers.
But the IE7 now isn't the final product yet, so it may become better.

As an admin you can set extra user profile fields (Settings > Board appearance >
Additional user profile fields), but those only show up on the profile page of a user.

Every user also can set a user title (Settings > Account data > User title), those show up next the the post as far as I know.

When you go to a forum, go to the bottom of the topics list, and click on advanced options, you can set that you want email/jabber for new topics in that forum.
It also may be good to go to the settings in the top menu, and then watched topics and click the email/jabber on there too. You'll recieve email/jabber notifications for reactions on topics where you posted.

Maybe this is more a Firefox problem? Firefox is using a lot of memory when you use it for a long time. Are you sure it is the forum that is causing this?

I can be a bit more clear indeed. Its fine that to hide it, but then it should also hide this notification, ór it should show the search :)

Ah ok, that is correct, I did hide the playground.

So this is the difference between hide and ignore? Hidden gets only hidden, and with ignore the topics (or whatever you ignore) are also excluded from notifications like this one?
