one more question.

when a unregister user browes my forum all they see is a

No forums can be displayed.
Either there are no forums at all or you don't have sufficient access rights for them.

how do i make it so they can see all the forums even with out loging in.

Every time i click Creat a new Thread I get a error of

Invalid parameters.

What do i need to do to fix this.

I get the same error message but when i checked my log this is what i have:
