Subject: Frequently Asked: Cannot enter any subforums
This is probably the most often asked question: You installed UNB but cannot get into subforums when clicking on their name. And the best answer you can get is search the forum. As a hint, use the term "MultiViews". This is a known problem with some web server environments and there are several solutions to it. One of them is simply deactivating the "short URLs" feature, but this is at the same time the most unattractive solution as you'll miss one of the nice features of UNB. If you can, add the line "Options -MultiViews" to your main .htaccess file. If this fails for some (authorative) reason, I recommend renaming the file "forum.php" to something like "unb.php" or anything that's not got "forum" in it. Both these solutions are explained in the main .htaccess file. And now, please don't ask that question again.
