i wish to want;
-rank system(as like  view admin or mod or guest .can we add new user label )
-ip block
-selection date format...
-forgatten password link...

You can block IP addresses through a .htaccess file in a much more efficient way than with any PHP code.
I've been working on a date format selection, let me look what I've done there... ;) Maybe it's just not "official" yet.
There is already a forgotten password link.

It is already there. Users can select from different common date formats. If you miss one, please tell me so I can add it.
