We only have a zh_CN translation, but I'm not aware of somebody doing a zh_TW translation. So if you'd like to do it, please go ahead. :)

Subject: Change Language Code : zh_TW -> zh-tw
Because browser(Firefox 2.0.0.8 / IE 6) is using zh-tw for Traditional Chinese, I have to change the lang/zh_TW to lang/zh-tw.
In addition, all plugins translation files are also changed the name to be "plugin_name.zh-tw.php"

I think zh-tw translation should be released for the first version in these days.  If someone interests the zh-tw translation,  just visits the URL : http://www.ichiayi.com/unb/

They use a different "syntax" for different languages? Oh no, I guess that calls for a normalisation of that data in UNB so that all languages can use the same syntax, independent of some browser's custom writing...

Here is the zh-tw translation zip file on attachment.
It is also including these plugins' translation files.

They use a different "syntax" for different languages?
No.. I just want to say .. using "zh-tw" is right , and using "zh_TW" is wrong. Because Firefox / IE can only know zh-tw..
Look at the Firefox setting screen below..

Thank you, I have just quickly looked over the files and it looks good so far. I'll test the files in the next few days, but this can only be a functional test of course. ;)

Regarding the browsers' language and country code: I see, Firefox seems to use "-" everywhere. We already have a "pt_BR" translation, I'm not sure how that works. I think I'll do some normalisation in UNB so that the behaviour is more predictable.
