Thread remains important even if unchecked, when attaching a file on a reply

Subject: Uploading file side-effect
When I am creating a new post on a thread marked as important and put a file for uploading, if I uncheck the important thread checkbox at the post options below my ready-to-published post, the thread remain as important.

I am using build 20071213-dev

Fixed. This was also affecting the option to close the thread. Both were simply ignored. It's due to the internal thread cache. First, the thread options were set to the new values. But upon attaching the file, the "thread has an attachment" flag was set, too. But this was set on an old thread object from the cache. The cache is now cleared in this situation to avoid the bug. New version will be online in a moment.
