Subject: Czech translation for 1.6
Hi, i'm working on Czech translation. "User area" texts are already done, preview version is in attachment. Only file that isn't translated yet is controlpanel_admin.php, but i'm working on it.

Hi, nice to see that.
Two annotations:
  • The plug-ins have their own translation files, located in the unb_lib/plugins/ directory, named <plugname>.<langcode>.php.
  • The Czech language code is "cz", not "cs". - No, this one goes to you... I just checked it, "cs" is correct. I'll update the download page then... ;)
