Hi,

I'm also interessted in a new version that can be applied to the current version 1.6.3 of the board.

Another feature idea that I have is to create a calender file that can be read directly from a PIM software. So the users can use a URL in their software and the entries appear in the calender as read only entries. I don't know which format is the best for this job, just heard about 'iCal' and 'vCalender'.

Greetings
Franz

The Google calender can export events to a file, maybe that's a good resource to see how it works. File formats, etc.

Subject: modified version
I modified the calendar plugin to be compatible to the current 1.6.3 version.
The main changes were the hooks, that dont have to be patched by the .diff files, but are included in the main gallery code.
The naming and the parameters of the hooks have been changed a bit, so I modified the associated functions.
As I'm not very familiar with php, I tried to change as least as possible and just added $data arrays, that replace the old parameter.

I also wrote an installation script for linux systems. Just the UNB installation path has to be modified. I put all files in an attached tarball.

Maybe I find some time the next days to implement the 'iCal' idea.

Hi,

Was habe ich falsch gemacht?

RewriteRule ^calendar(;(.*))?$ forum.php?req=calendar&rewrite=$2 [L,QSA]

Subject: Excellent Plug-in
An excellent job on your plugin.  My only suggestion is to update the installation instructions at the front of your forum.  Unfortunately,  I have 1.6.3 and I installed calendar_plugin_20060513.zip instead of calendar_plugin_for_1.6.3.tar.gz.

After the troubles began, I read through the forum and discovered the correct file.

Thanks again.

Hallo Ihr,

I found the same bug in my calendar.
In the calendar the 1st April is a m Monday, allthough it's a Sunday in the real world :D

[en] Sounds to me like the problem that Americans like to begin their week with the weekend (Sunday) and in PHP want to force the rest of the world to do so, too. ;)

Is there any control over the order of where the menu tab appears?  It shows up as laston my board, but I'd like to see it just after the forum.

Otherwise it appears to work fine on my new UNB install.

en:
I think the problem is the 6 weeks in this month, in the most of time only 5 Weeks are needed, so there are not enough rows.

As I only have acces to my host via FTP, I can't seem to figure out how to patch the files needing patching. Can someone please tell me what needs changing, so I can do it manually.

Regards
