Registrierung deaktivieren

Hallo,

nachdem bei mir alle User registriert sind, die registriert werden sollen, Frage ich: Kann man das registrieren abschalten, ohne die "Kennwort vergessen" oder ähnliches zu deaktivieren?

unser Forum ist nicht-öffentlich. Im unteren Bereich vor dem Footer steht:

Heute waren 3 Benutzer online: Name_1, Name_2, Name_3 und 7 Gäste

Wie wird da gezählt?

Werden als Gäste Personen gezählt, die auf die Anmeldeseite kamen und sich dann nicht angemeldet haben?

Oder ist Aufruf der Anmeldeseite = 1 Zählung als Gast und dann nach dem Anmelden 1 Zählung als Benutzer Name_x?

Kann mich da bitte jemand aufklären?
Hier im Forum fand ich nichts dazu und ich werde immer mal wieder von meinen Benutzern gefragt, wie die Zählung zu verstehen ist.

Linkziel mit Parametern zum Log-in

für meine Nutzer habe ich einen Weblink im Forum angelegt, der direkt auf die Hilfeseite in einem nicht-öffentlichen (Doku-)Wiki führt. Dazu wird im Linkziel mit
http://www.unserwiki.de/doku.php?do=login&id=hilfe:forum:forum&u=benutzername&p=das passwort heisst ein bestimmter Benutzername (u) und das Passwort (p) übergeben.
Bisher fkt. das mit dem alten Passwort, weil dort die einzelnen Bestandteile des Passworts mit Unterstrichen übergeben wurden:
das_passwort_heisst_so Nach Änderung auf ein Passwort mit Leerzeichen fkt. das nicht mehr:
das passwort heisst so Wenn man mit der Maus über den Link fährt, wird das Linkziel so dargestellt:
das+passwort+heisst+so Die Leerzeichen werden also als Plus-Zeichen dargestellt.
Meine Frage:
Wie kann ich dafür sorgen, dass die Leerzeichen tatsächlich übergeben werden?

Hello,
maybe I've ignored something.
This is the adress of our board:
www.forum.our_domain.de

Users get a link for activating the account like this:
forum.php?req=register&id=22&validate=1&key=b69e ... and so one

If they try to click that nothing happens, of course.
If they would read the available help they could copy and paste that string after www.forum.our_domain.de.
But not everybody enjoys reading help stuff ...

So my question is:
What should be done in configuration of the board to give users a full link like this:

www.forum.our_domain.de/forum.php?req=register&id=22&validate=1&key=b69e ... and so one

Nachdem ich verstanden habe, dass das Verschleiern der Adresse nicht möglich ist (http://newsboard.unclassified.de/forum/thread/1813), hätte ich eine nächste Frage:
Ist es möglich, die Karteireiter oder einzelne Karteireiter erst nach dem Anmelden anzuzeigen?

Hintergrund: ich würde gerne das Pinnwand-Plugin einbauen. Da sehen dann aber auch nicht-angemeldete Besucher die Nachrichten und die Namen.

Hallo liebe Forumsmitglieder
UNB=letzte Version 2011-05-27
Die Situation:
Benutzer meines Forums müssen sich mit Namen anmelden.
In einem (Doku-)Wiki sind Hilfeseiten zum UNB-Forum.
Benutzer müssen sich auch für das (geschlossene) Wiki mit einem für alle gleichen Benutzernamen anmelden.

In der UNB-Board-Konfig. ist in Allg. Einstellungen in "URL der Hauptseite" ein Link zu diesen Hilfeseiten festgelegt.
Bei diesem Link könnte ich Parameter für Benutzer/Passwort übergeben und die Benutzer würden direkt auf die Hilfeseite geleitet und müssten sich nicht im Wiki anmelden.

Das Problem:
Wenn das Forum aufgerufen wird und Benutzer noch nicht angemeldet sind, wird beim Überfahren des Karteireiters "Hauptseite" mit Mauszeiger in der Statuszeile des Browsers die Adresse mit allen Parametern inkl. Benutzername/Passwort angezeigt.

Meine Frage:
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das Anzeigen der Adresse in der Statuszeile zu verhindern/verschleiern?

@Yves: Da mein Forum für meine Kollegen gedacht ist und nicht alle geduzt werden wollen, habe ich in allen *.php-Dateien in /un_lib/lang/de auf "Siezen" angepasst. Wenn das jemand haben will, kann ich das gerne weitergeben (damit ich auch einen kleinen Beitrag zu diesem Forum leisten kann).

Running a database check I noticed that I have a bunch of users without an email address. Can someone explain how this might happen? Emails are required to sign up - is it possible for registered users to remove the email later? Is it possible to forbid this?

ich habe da nochmal eine kleine Sache gefunden die ich, wenn es geht, gerne ändern würde. Ich habe hier nichts gefunden, was helfen könnte.
Und zwar können Gäste auf Mitglieder klicken und dort sehen Sie dann den Administrator der Seite.
Besteht vielleicht auch die Möglichkeit, dass wenn Gäste auf Mitglieder klicken sofort die Nachricht kommt. "Zugriff verweigert."???

I haven't installed UNB yet, I'm currently using Fluxbb. I looked for a complete feature list but couldn't find one.

I see there's an attachment option on this forum, is that a mod or included in the core?
Am I able to post or embed youtube videos in a post without a mod?

Not needed, but just wondering.
Are there any mods or ways to connect the user login with wordpress? Or any mods to direct wordpress posts to the UNB forums?

My main issue with my last forum software was the limited amount of features, though I didn't want a full featured board, I think some features, or at least support should be added. My last forum didn't even have an editor.

seems the options "center", "left", etc., doesn't work any formatted code in banner message when the forum is in maintenence.

I wish to write "under construction" at the center but the forum doesn't accept any PhP and Html code.

Current page link variable?

It's killing me, I can't figure out how to get the current page URL in a plugin. I'm trying to add the opengraph details for every page to a plugin, and I'm getting the results I expect, except the URL. Is there a global variable that does this? The template vars are not always available, so what works in a post might not work in a thread or a forum view, etc.

I've spent ages on it, and can't work it out. Any hints? =)

I've been ripping apart the default template and I realized weeks into the job that I've screwed up whatever mechanism jumps the viewer's browser to a specific post. Now when a /post/xxxx link is accessed the page remains at the top, instead of jumping to the relevent post.

I've tried and failed to work out what it WAS doing, nor can I see any differences in the page design that might account for this.

To help me figure it out I'd love to know how this mechanism works.

Hello I have some question.

I try to make Session for Web link forum.Because I have a webpage, this webpage must view by Admin ,Global Moderators ,spacial group ,Not for guest and Member can't see it. Usually UNB can set rule for view and post forum but it not work with subforum make by option weblink.
So, I try to use Session at top page of my webpage ,it must work for Admin ,Global Moderators ,spacial group.But I don't know session name of UNB.

Hallo!
Ich habe mir heute das UNB das erste Mal installiert und es funktioniert auch soweit hervorragend. Aber nun bin ich ein wenig irritiert, denn meine neuen Mitglieder, die ich durch den admin (mich selber) den Zugriff auf das Forum gestatte, könne Beiträge zwar lesen, aber sonst nichts. Es wird kein Link für ein neues Thema bzw. einer neuen Ankündigung noch ein Unterforum erstellen, angezeigt. Jedes neues Mitglied wird auch als solches deklariert und im ACL sind die Mitglieder auch mit allen Mitgliederrechten ausgestattet. Was habe ich an den Einstellung falsch gemacht. Ich bin im Voraus sehr dankbar für ein schnelle Hilfe.

There is no Shoutbox plugin for UNB, so I've decided to do it myself. I can't agree with this:

Shoutbox ist sehr brauchbar. Das anbrecht Users. Sie können sprechen über alles, ohne moderation etc, und sie müssen nicht für antworten warten(das ist sehr langsam manchmal).

Meine Shoutbox ist nicht kompliziert. Das ist eine primitiv plugin, aber ich habe kleinen problem. Ich weiss nicht, wie einem installateur machen. Alles ist handgearbeitet- ich habe allem files eigenhändig geändert, ohne automat.

auto ban ip settings

lately I have problems with bots that make many requests. My assumption is that this are bots which try to exploit security holes in dynamic web pages. I want to auto ban this IP addresses but want to be sure that this does not block search bots. I wanna get rid only of the "bad bots". Has anybody a good suggestion for the auto-ban settings? I set it to 15 requets in 60 seconds now.
