IThread.GetLastNotify function

Get last notify time for current user

function IThread.GetLastNotify ($id = 0, $userid = 0);

Parameters:

id – optional, default: 0

(int) thread id, 0: currently loaded thread

userid – optional, default: 0

(int) user id, 0: current user
