Check if an avatar file has correct filesize

function UnbIsValidAvatarSize ($filename, $remote = false);

Parameters:

remote – optional, default: false

(bool) this is a remote URL

filename

(int) 3: file too big
4: not a valid image file
5: too wide
6: too high
